McLovinDST
Too many times it happend and I'm pretty sure lots of Wendy's player can relate to this. Abigail's AI is amazing. I love it; ecxept from one single flaw that put my characters (and other's) numerous number of time in danger. Abigail's AI seems most of the time to put priority on far away battles instead of following Wendy. This usually leads to catastrofic outcomes since It often happens for a Wendy to peacefully wander around the map without looking for any trouble while Abigail will still consider non-neutral mods as an enemy to engage if she happens to float over them. Consider these examples: 1: Battling the Deerclop. 2 players vs the giant. 1 of the player is Wendy with Abigail. The other player accidently attacks Abigail by using CRTL+F. Abigail priority is now the player as long as Wendy does not attack the Deerclop. 2: Walking into the swamp. Only wants to explore the map. Wendy runs over a tentacle: does not get it. Abigail is following behing and engages battle. Abigail loses. I feel like a right or left click option to cancel current Abigail's action and call her back to us would be a perfect idea to avoid those issues as well as avoiding devs to completely change her AI. Any replies/comments on this idea is appreciated! WorstNightmare
This helps her AI but, it still has issues in many other circumstances such as still not having much control over her. I made an more refined suggestion in my own thread, the idea to reset her back into the flower is something I can add to it. I honestly think that Abigail should not be target able in PvE cause it doesn't make sense why anyone would attack her in PvE. :/ Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/65633-no-abigail-dont-cancel-current-abigails-action/#findComment-737047 Share on other sites
thisbird
Walking into a swamp with Abigail almost always ends up with her getting herself killed. I would love some sort of call back button to get her to stop attacking. GuyNamedChris
How about instead of suggesting mods we just make it so dancing cancels Abigail's current action just like Maxwell with his puppets?
