HandsomeDevil
So, my problem is that pigs I've given meat follow me for some time, but then panic and run away, screaming „HOME! HOME!“ during Daytime. Has that something to do with the sort of meat? Or do I need to feed them on a regular basis so they don't run off like they're being chased by a dozen hellhounds? BarovSoap
They will say they're hungry, feed them then. They usually get scared but shouldn't run away if you keep them fed.
Boneguy
When you give meat to a Pig they aren't permanently tamed. I'm not sure exactly how long each food item lasts, but unless you continue feeding each Pig they will eventually stop following/assisting you and try to go back home. Rayze Darr
For added fun: keep some monster meat in your inventory. Just make sure you feed them the meat as often as you can. Trust me, it'll be fun.
