Flame1 Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 So i set up a camp as usual, surviving through winters, resource collecting blah blah blah, but i decided to revamp my camp (hehehe)I moved all my chests, science/magic machines, bird cage, drying racks, tent and crock pots, i added new flooring and started on my walls too! im so proud of what i did, i put alot of effort into trying to make my base look nice for once. all thats left to do is move the rest of my crock pots over, but ill have to do that when ive eaten all the food in my fridge, otherwise ill be wasting alot of food, i had 16 crock pots total, moved just under half of that so far. after all that, just gotta move my crops and bees over, also come up with a good spot for my farms, then im done! my old base my current food crops to move bees to move farms to set up better share your opinions, id also like to see your bases aswell! ~Matt Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 Imgur album for the current state of my base I'm planning to add some more grass and twigs. I don't really like using berries. I tried to keep it minimalistic, just enough pots as I feel like I need, same with Bee Boxes and Farms. I'll get some more drying racks done by next summer. Also, I like building it next to sea because pengulls are a great source of rotten eggs after winter, and it's actually easier to drive them off that way. Not a huge fan of walls or tooth traps around the base. Questioning myself if I should make Meat Effigies. Probably should. I think I'll use the Deerclops' sanity drain to get myself insane and go rabbit hunting.
