Reign of Giants Public Test: March 19th Update

Recommended Posts

Theres a glitch with cooking small meat sometimes. When sometimes used to made meatballs or other meat-type crockpot food, it only produces rot immediately after cooking. I am not sure if its intended, but its killing off people with little food due to it being a waste.

We're not having crashes but we have crockpot recipes turn quite often into rot upon finishing, just like Vaculity. Meat based recipes.Specifically after a long period of rain on our server (though the crockpot is not wet, now).

Is the reduced fling-o-matic range a bug or a deliberate balance change? Because it means less gears to go around.

There is a bug causing the placer to show an incorrect range but the effective range of the flingomatic is unchanged.

While playing on Wilderness mode, I had just set up a Fire Pit before night fall, but when the Darkness came, the light from the Fire Pit was reduced to a foot glow, like what's generated by ghosts, and, of course, Charlie came and killed everyone.

Few more bugs found:

* If chester has a butterfly in his mouth and you try to feed the butterfly with flower petals, the player will just move closer to chester and won't be able to feed the butterfly/butterflies unless they are in player's own inventory. This does not happen when you try to feed bees with honey, so you can feed bees with honey while the bees are in chester.

* If a farm has a withered plant in it, the player won't be able to use the spacebar to automatically harvest the withered plant from the farm.

* When fertilising a plant with rot, the player can only do it once and the plant will still be withered, but the plant won't be possible to fertilise with rot fully (the second time). Rot becomes useless in fertilisation because of this. From what I know this has happened if the plant is withered because of Summer, not sure if it's the same if a plant (grass tuft, sapling tuft, berry bush) gets dug up and then replanted to then be fertilised.

* The ice fling-o-matic throws snow at plants during seasons other than summer when they are not withered for no aparent reason.
