TheKingofSquirrels
So we got an Egg and we were so excited to hatch it! When he finally came out, we called the little fella Jessie! And he was so adorable! And so cute! And everything was awesome! And then... he got hungry. We tried to feed him by hand, but he wouldn´t take our food. We tried leaving food on the ground, he wouldn´t take that either. We figured maybe he was just a fussy eater, so we tried to feed him all sorts of stuff. We tried giving him meat, vegetables, seeds, crock-pot recipes, but still nada. Then he started screaming in pain. Until he gave a final chirp. And died. In my arms. He starved to death and there was nothing I could do. God...it´s all my fault. I brought him into this world. I took the responsibility and I failed. His death is on my hands. How can even live with myself anymore?!?! This is the first time a bug in this game has given me an existential crisis. Thanks Klei. TheKingofSquirrels
*mourns* I wish you could do burials. I put him in a chest in the middle of a ring of blue mushrooms with a sign above. Rest in Peace Jessie Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/47968-rspca-for-smallbirds/#findComment-594816 Share on other sites

YesterdaysMindr
I had an ******* friend on twitch streamer BigAl033's public wilderness server who kept hitting the smallbird. We put it in a chest along with gnomes, HALlying robot, and us. We took another egg, and he did it again. We're out of tallbird eggs now. Asparagus
Birds eat seeds, FailFish. We tried giving him meat, vegetables, seeds, crock-pot recipes, but still nada. O___O Even a spawned smallbird still eats stuff on the ground... so I guess this really is a bug... (try closing the server and coming back again... worked for me when this happened...) averagewalrus
Sad bug................................... (I haven't hatched one of them yet mostly because I'm still getting used to DST {Monsters have more health, etc} and that it's difficult to supply food for 3 people and one little birdie) Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/47968-rspca-for-smallbirds/#findComment-611147 Share on other sites
