XirmiX Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 I couldn't sleep when I realized this. I have no doubt in this. It all makes sense now. I mean, what else could it be? There might be theories about what Klei has planned, but I'm pretty sure this is what this is. The portal doesn't bring people from different DS worlds, but instead everyone that has already died in DS world is raised by the machine which Wilson built. Why else would Jury Rigged portal would resurrect players in Endless mode? Why exactly the portal, when in the endless it could've been anything! Wilson built the machine to resurrect those already dead. Why would people go through an "unknown" portal that just appears in front of them? Wilson went through the Maxwell's door, but he built the door himself. The people coming from the portal are the dead that got raised and Wilson did this because he was lonely. What do you think, guys? Do you agree with me, or do you have a different theory about the portal? Lets discuss! Wilson P. Higgsbury is pulled into the don't starve universe. Or something like that. I don't remember which dev posted it, but it was in a theory thread, I think. Anyway, that would place wilson as last to enter, meaning that wilson could have indeed made it to simply raise the dead.
