As they near the patch of reeds, which was about half way picked by now, Wilson stops.

"I think it would be best if I go inform her of what has happened."

Wakana hung his head down. Unaware how to feel at the moment, he simply mimicked their expressions & postures. He heard a howl, and turned his head.

Oxryklne notes a small plume of smoke in the distance during his rounds.  He makes a mental note to tell Wilson upon his return.

Wilson walks the rest of the way to Athena and Wekesa and tells them about the camp being set on fire and that the'll have to stay with them for a while. Athena nods, but she looks kind of nervous. How was she going to function around the boy, Wy? He probably thought she was a freak too...

But there wasn't much she could do now.

With a backpack full of reeds and other supplies, Athena follows Wilson back to where Wy is, trying to stay a good distance away and not look at him.

"I can carry your friend the rest of the way if she's getting heavy."

[Halved]

"No no, I am fine."

*sigh*

"How far is your camp?"

[MenaAthena]

"Not that far. Just through the grasslands over there. I have a safe path through the marsh marked on my map."

"People?Um... If you count a frog, a beetle, and a robot as people, then yes."

So then they walk and walk and walk until WX and Oxryklne can see them approaching camp.

Tres levitates near Wakana.

"Are you ready to go?"

Wakana: "Well, I think Wulfric is somewhere over there," 

 

Wakana pointed west, which on the distance a series of bushes can be found.

 

Wakana: "Here."

 

Wakana handed Tres a handful of seeds.

 

Wakana:"Use these, and make a Seed Trail!"

Tres leaves Wakana and follows Wilson and the others, leaving a trail of seeds behind him.

Wekesa followed the small group of flesh pods wondering why Athena feared the dark flesh pod, who name was revealed to be Wy. Such odd creatures these flesh pods.

Oxryklne flies in to welcome back the group.  "Picked up some new friends?"  He asks as Wilson walks past.

[MenaAthena]

"The girl was attacked by a tentacle and they're tent burned down. They're staying here atleast until she recovers." Wilson informs as he starts rummaging around his pack.

Athena still looks farely unsettled even though she's a distance away from Wy.

*the frog hops up to the girl's foot, and acts like he wants to be picked up*

(I just imagined the frog standing up on it's hind legs and doing that thing with his hands that babies do when they want to be picked up.

You know what I'm talking about.)

Athena looks down at the frog and barely grinned. She picked it up and cradled it in her arms. It helped her feel a little better.
