Cypress nodded as he told her he was moving onto the healing items, she bit her lip.

The rustling of the reeds made her look up. "W-Wy, there's s-something coming..."

Wekesa followed at her own pace, she didn't do running.

[Halved]

Hearing the sound, Wy turns in its direction.

Something was coming in their way!

The sudden danger put him again in panic, therefore (...*sigh*...) causing him to drop the whole healing salve on the wounds.

When he realizes what he has done, Wy stutters words of apologiezes and tries to clean the cream in excess away...but the mistake was already done.

Cypress whimpered, the built up pain was unbearable, he spines and now this. It was too much, Cypress started crying softly.

[Halved]

This left Wy astonished.

(Like, really. Frozen in place like a rock.)

"...A-...."

He removes all the healing salve, making the pain less heavy, and prepares the bandages.

[MenaAthena]

Athena finally made her way to the other side of the reeds, peeking her head out to see what was wrong. She saw that there was no immediate threat, but the releif from that was short lived as she saw the condition the girl was in.

"Is there anything I can do to he-"

The word got stuck in her throat as a bone-numbing chill ran up her spine. Looking at the boy, she realized he wasn't normal...

He was made of taint.

She stood there frozen in place, shivering and staring at the boy.

[Halved]

With blood on his hands, Wy sakes his head.

"I---It's not as it seems..."

(Geez Dara. Slow down with the likes. You're going to run out before the night's over. XD)

Athena didn't move. She couldn't think; it felt like her mind was breaking apart.

Wilson reached the patch, but decided to take the easy way and go around it. (You lazy Wilson you.)

{BWHAHAHAHA! I will like everything and it's only 2 pm! > : D}

Cypress slowed her crying at the sound of a new voice, she looked up, still teary eyed. "W-who are you?"

The girls voice snapped her out of it somewhat. Athena glanced at her and back to the taint creature.

"A-Athena."

Seeing Athena stare at Wy was unsettling, if this Athena person decided to attack there wasn't much she could do in her wounded state. She couldn't run or attack... She couldn't even protect Wy...

Wakana turned to Tres.

 

Wakana:"Um... I think I'm okay."

 

There was a very small tremor in the ground beneath Wakana.

 

Wakana then turned to Athena in the reeds.

 

Wakana: "Hello!"

 

There was a small tremor in the ground under Wakana.

"...that reaction was unexpected."

Tres then notices Wakana, who had been thrown away in the attack.

He flies over him to check if he was fine.

"Any injuries, plant friend?"

{Dwer interacted with ya wxps}

Tres turns to Athena too and stares at her, before saying:

"Greetings, human."

[Halved]

Wy wanted to end the medication before doing anything, as this Athena could decide to attack them in any moment. But when he could be ready to apply the bandages, he freezes, holding them in his hands.

And begins sobbing.

Athena didn't look like she wanted to attack; she looked downright terrified. The boy, taint creature, whatever it was trying to help the girl and now it's... It's... crying? She was conflicted. She wanted to help the poor girl, but every fiber of her being was telling her that the boy was dangerous, that she should run.

"...I-I..."

Just then, Wilson came around the patch. He stopped and looked around the entire situation before speaking up in a surprisingly authoritative voice.

"What is going on here?"

[Halved]

Wy turns to Athena and opens his mouth as to say something, but when Wilson shows up, he shivers and stops sobbing.

He applies the bandages on Cypress, then turns to the two stranges.

And mutates his arm again into its blade form.

[MenaAthena]

Athena falls backwards in surprise. The change in the arm had sent another chill up her spine. She sat there and glanced between Wy and Wilson.

Wilson, however, stays calm.

"I know you must be scared, but I and Athena do not want to hurt you." He says motioning to the shocked Athena and setting his backpack on the ground.

"Now, I'll ask again. Tell me what happened so I can help."

Wy glares at Wilson, but after hearing his reassuring words he calms himself.

"...she has been attacked by a tentacle..."

Wakana: "Well we were just grabbing reeds, and then one of the fish hands came out of the ground, and then they attacked,

and then the lady got hurt, and long story short, Wulfric went missing and I can't find him anywhere."

(I think what Dwer is saying is that Tres is a boy.)

 

Wilson looked down at the injured girl.

"You've removed the spikes and covered the wounds with salve and bandages, but she's in a lot of pain."

He bends down and reaches into his backpack.

"I have something that can help her sleep, so she can heal and sleep through most of the pain, but it will have to be "injected" into her."

[Halved]

At this idea, Wy shakes his head.

"NO!"
