I understand Dingane is supposed to basically be a god, but now he's a human and it's a bit unfair for everyone else.) Spriggum growled in anger as the fire grew uncomfortably close. In this sort of environment, he had no hope of even reaching the human to do anything to it, much less kill it before it could teleport away. However, this was the second time the foul creature had started such a destructive fire. The treeguard made a mental note to capture it, not kill it. He gasped- being mortal was taking a toll on him, it was almost as if his body couldn't handle his phenomenal cosmic powers!He realised he'd have to rely on his... honor guard to survive the encounter. Not all of them responded; actually, only a few did, but that was enough. Small but tough roots wrapped around Fluffy's legs, tripping him over. When he hit the ground, more roots wrapped around his body and began to drag him into the earth. He then looks towards the shadow man, and whispers a single command to a nearby savannah tree. It pulls away a large root directly under Dingane, dropping him into a foot-deep pit and causing him to fall on his face. During this time, Theodesius was pumping a healthy supply of light into Spriggum, granting him strength and energy throughout the fight. He hadn't been able to react quick enough to destroy the hands of darkness and stop the Lord of Lies' abduction, but it intrigued him. Not even shadows were loyal to themselves, it seemed.
