Lordfiscus Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 The horns from the Volt Goats should be used as a tesla weapon, by mounting the horn onto a lightning rod. After you've attached the horn to the rod, it gains charges when the rod gets struck by lightning. After gaining charges, you can strike enemies with it for 70 damage per shot, a la the Clockwork Bishop. Alternatively, you use it as a base defense (40 damage per shot) as a weaker, while renewable version of the Houndius Shootius. Not just in damage, but health too.Probably 300-400 hp if this does get added as a use for the horn.
