I did activate it on steam afterwards but there is nothing! WHERE IS IT?!?!?! I now linked it with Steam. Is it okay if I link Humble bundle to steam after I downloaded the DLC? JoeW Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 Ok, you won't see the DLC as a separate game in steam yet. If you have activate both Don't Starve and Reign of giants, you should be able to just fire up Don't Starve and play. If that doesn't happen, restart your computer and try again, sometimes Steam takes a few beats before it triggers a download. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

noctuakul Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 i had a problem pretty similar, where i activated the dlc key in steam, but don't starve wouldn't recognize it was there. i had to uninstall don't starve through steam and then reinstall it to get reign of giants to work. try that maybe? Warewolves Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 If you didn't use steam to download don't starve, find the page where you pruchased it via the humblebundle and there should be a keygen on the page, if you can find the old email. XirmiX seems to have gotten it working , since he/she is posting in the bug thread, just did not have the courtesy to post in here saying she/he got it resolved. And the problem was that I thought I need to download it instead of just typing its product key in my game. And now I understand why it's only available for Steam right now: because once you type your product key of the Don't starve then it'll automatically update something instead of asking you again and you can't type the DLC's product key in at all. He didn't answered you, it was another guy that had problems with installing who brought up this thread again. It's better to use the ones created than creating new threads all the time, cluttering up the forums, imo. Hope the problem was solved @lordnooby, so you can enjoy this awesome DLC!
