KomodoDave
Pretty sure this isn't going to happen, but... Wouldn't it be awesome if there was a "Dungeon Keeper" mode where the AI controls the character (Wilson etc) and you control all the aggressive mobs in the game, including Charlie/Grue? You could hop from tentacle to spider to merman according to the closest to the "player" character and attempt to take them down while they make efforts to survive. That'd be a super fun turn-it-on-its-head twist to the gameplay

Kellyc764
I think it'd be far too difficult to make it happen. Can you really see yourself playing for over 10 in game days trying to kill a character? Or even longer? LolIt seems to me it'd either be a pretty quick easy game or an arduous long grind - and there's hardly anything mobs can actively do to strengthen their forces unless it's spider dens/queens >.<Might be an idea for a future mod though? Put the pieces together.

jbeetle
Why not?The screecher happened, I'm sure with enough tinkering you could do something like this,I'm not a modder, so a modder can strike me down if he or she wishes (though one at least has already agreed), but here's my line of thinking. The Screecher mod would still be way smaller of an undertaking. For this mod to be worth anything the AI would have to be more intelligent and expansive than it currently is on any AI. If Klei could have made that be the case for any new mob that's popped up in the past updates, they probably would have, but this would be a "wilson" AI that'd have to have most actions we're able to perform and not seem mindless doing it. It'd be fun if it were able to be pulled off, though, but mods in this game don't tend to be "possible as long as you put your mind to it." There's serious limitations just based on what I've seen and heard by modders.
