Given the success of Chester Kickstarter Campagn, why don't you try tro create a comic book which tells the story of Wilson and Maxwell (and other char)? You have genious drawers and the background of Don't Starve is so great (see puzzles). Compared to other projects, if done digitally, it can be started up cheaply enough, and stretch goals can offer "print" options. There are some pretty impression fan comics out there, but it all depends if you agree with the story or not.
