[KickStarter] The Don't Starve Stories : comic book

Sorry, but it's (for the moment) only a dream and a suggestion for Klei. Given the success of Chester Kickstarter Campagn, why don't you try tro create a comic book which tells the story of Wilson and Maxwell (and other char)?

 

You have genious drawers and the background of Don't Starve is so great (see puzzles).

because they're already working full steam on the DLC and getting the Chester's out, along with adding them to the game.

I don't think Sam meant right away, but in the hopefully relatively close future. I'd like to see some sort of artbook myself but that's because those are one of my guilty pleasures.

Never hurts to see if there's interest on Kickstarter. Compared to other projects, if done digitally, it can be started up cheaply enough, and stretch goals can offer "print" options.

It sounds promising and is certainly less time consuming than the animations they have been putting out. There are some pretty impression fan comics out there, but it all depends if you agree with the story or not.
