Jet
Help! I've recently updated my game, (All's Well That Maxwell 1.88571) and the more plantables 2.8 mod won't work!
Rosten
You're obviously new to this so I'll cut you some slack, but please don't just say "This mod is broken, fix it!" You need to supply us with things like crash logs, what version you're on, the mods you have installed, etc. We can't read your mind :/

Fix is to go into your modsettings in your mods folder and add the following lineForceEnableMod("ModFolderName") and that will keep it enabled as long as that line is present.Anyways i've got to go to sleep g' night

Talintid
I have found the solution!! After irritation and tinkering i have found the issue. For some reason, when improperly shutting down DS (ALT + F4, ect) around the same time that a new mod is installed, DS misinterprets the mod and marks it for Disabling for the better good of the program! ive search for the logs and caches files that this record is kept but alas i could not find it. BUT this workaround should suffice! 1) goto the said mod 'Folder' (ie 'Plantables') 2) open up the 'modinfo.lua' file in a text editor 3) change the 'api_version' to equal '10' (if 'api_version' is already 10 then make it 6 which is an version not too far off) it should look like this: api_version = 10 4) save and start DS 5) enable mod, Accept and go back to mods page to confirm mod is active! (You may get a prompt, just accept and continue) 6) enjoy!
