(I don't think it's that bad, Ophelia D: )

"Well...maybe....look here. The machine needs to be turned off. But, unfortunately, only someone who has dealt with Maxwell personally before can turn the machine off. And that someone is you, Mr. Higgsbury....the machine, I believe, is somewhere deep underground, below the ruins, even."

(Not hectic. Just very very very stressed.)

"That should keep her outta commission. She won't be able to be sane much longer if she stays here." Cory pushed back a bit of her hair. Her skin seemed to have greyed a bit.

(I am getting very very talkative...and psychopatic. In this period I feel like my hands are confused and my heart is rotten... while my brain is suffering and wants to make other people as well...

Fortunatelly I still have Lewis: my sane counterpart.)

Lewis jumps back, scared as hell. A voice in his head comments this event, saying everything is happening too much fast...

After some seconds of silence, Lewis finally reacts, realising that, again, another one of his friends has just died. But then another head in his head gives him some hope: "She is immortal. She told you this!"

Lewis then doesn't seems to care too much about her death, but he cares about who caused her death. He strides up to Cory, than he asks her: "Cory, why in the name of the mental sanity did you do that?"

Cory scoffed. "It was her idea. After Maxwell was unseated, They tried to put Audia on the Nightmare Throne. It cost her nearly a quarter of her sanity to escape. She knew the next time she arrived, she'd go nuts, like you saw much earlier. When her mentor's scythe cut into her body, her soul had already left the island back to our dimension, where she can recover. You can thank him later..." She turns her head to the trees. Thick clouds covered the sun, making it much darker. "Right, Zs'Skayr?" Another frightening figure appeared in the air, pulling the scythe from the ground that it landed on. It looked like a ghostly reaper of sorts...it looked like Audia's ectonurite form, but with a heavier build. A male ectonurite. And not just any male Ectonurite. This was Audia's mentor, Zs'Skayr. When he finally spoke, his voice was raspy, whispery, eerie, and cruel sounding. "Remind Audia that she's going to have to pay me handsomely when I arrive at the Graves Citadel." Cory waved her hand nonchalantly. "Yeah, yeah."

(OK, NOW I AM GETTING ANGRY. You kill a character, than you add one, you kill another, you add 2 characters, you break the 4th wall of the ds world... THAN YOU ADD ANOTHER CHARACTER! This is too much! And a your characters are OP as f*ck! GODDAMNIT!)

(I never broke the fourth wall, that was Ophelia...and Zs'Skayr, in case you were not aware, is not OP, sunlight will kill him, which is why I mentioned the darkening skies bit. Oh, and I found a way to kill the Graves(well all but one) in a permanent way, so they've been powered down a notch. So, I only have two right now that can permanently die, Zs'Skayr, with a sunlight weakness, and Cory, with a weakness to holy energies.)

(Ask about the characters I choose before screaming at me. I'm only being such an erratic rper right now is because I am on stress overdrive. My grandma is now in a meningitis coma, and is going to have surgery today.)

(Yelling at me will not help me Dwer. Throwing complaints at me is only adding fuel to the fire.)

Cory's eyes wandered around the current group, looking a tad uneasy. "So....other than the fact that Audia had to be slain for the...I think 7th time...how is everyone? Other than the funeral processions going on here." Zs'Skayr glares at her a bit. "Ok, normally, I could care less if someone died, but after taking note that these are your late allies, don't you think you're being a tad inconsiderate, Graves?"

(It's usually not a good idea to bring any real-life emotion issues you're suffering through into a roleplay. It just destabilizes the whole thing. If you're feeling stressed out constantly, you could look for an opportunity to back away from the rp for a while until you're all calmed down.)

"Well, not quite the core of the planet. But, it is quite far down....If I had some time...a day at most, i'm sure I could even narrow it down to the right sinkhole. I know this sounds like a lot to put on your shoulders, Wilson, but there is no other way. If there was, I would have told you about it first."

(Lol, indeediez. Also, 100th page, holy beefalo poopz.  :juggling:  )

"You and the others need to prepare. It's guaranteed to be quite perilous. Food, armor....whatever you might need to get ready for a good, long trip down underground."
