I skipped to that segment of the video, but did you also have rocks set to "Most"? There was a cave variant above ground. Mods were made for veteran players that don't wanna bother with inventory management, spending time picking stuff, and so on. New players should not use those mods, though. I recommend you to only start using mods after day 100, otherwise, the game will be not as fun as it would be, especially because of that game-breaking mod that duplicates your inventory (no one should use that mod, it simply makes the game overly easy) It seems you are new at this game. At your first day, always get resources to buy a campfire. Hunt twigs and flint, first. Then, build an axe and a pickaxe. You need to have a campfire so you can survive your first night. I also recommend you to live near beefalos/pigs, they will really help you.
