She can talk because she was rewarded by Maxwell (what for, she doesn't know) and she can also try to communicate to other non-speaking hounds through her barks and actions.Gender: FemaleAbilities: Mostly immune to cold. So godmodding isn't too much of an issue. Except it kinda is, the issue being not to godmod at certain times, when to godmod, etc. I'm still waiting on raptor's for yours.
