Pokeshells and Sanishells killed all the fish in my save :(

I've been slowly playing the new DLC, and I'm really enjoying myself- but looks like I've taken too long, and Pokeshells laid their eggs and got angry. The fish didn't try that hard to avoid them, and now I got plenty of raw fish to eat... but no Beakons to light the Flue Coral and just about any other fish. 

The obvious solution is to wrangle all Pokeshells as soon as possible and throw them in a hole somewhere, but it is kind of a bummer I have to run to save the fish from their supposed natural habitat.

would be nifty for wild pokeshells to not attack wild critters. I too went on a mad scramble and had to do the Relocate To trick to move critters without a rancher.

I remember when relocate wasn't a thing, made a lot of tricks more difficult/impossible. Also, you could attack the sanishells after they lay an egg so you don't completely wipe them out.

Personally I like that pokeshells attack and kill everything around, it is feature. Additionally, smooth and stone hatch can kill pokeshell in 1x1. Sadly hungry hatches or shovevolleys do not attack. Also it would be nice to add some kind of acid attack to slicksters, and additional game mechanics when dreccons, pips, fish and others will prefer to stay away from predators.

I like this feature too, it makes them feel unique. 

But as you said, I wish other critters would avoid getting close when Pokeshells are peeved.
