WX is now Luigi and can win by doing nothing.

That is broken. Why does he take so little damage with no armour? How does he suddenly regen to full health?

The bean booster didn’t need any buffs I assume that was the source, it would already be the best alpha circuit, they need to change this.

I think the Bean Booster needed a buff HOWEVER not like this. I feel like a monkey paw curled when I wished for it to be better.

It was already really good, it was just outclassed by speed and light circuits.

It being an Alpha circuit already fixes that. I feel like the balancing in general needs reworked for circuits, I dunno why circuits that were good before but just outclassed would be giga buffed, since they would be good already with the circuit rework.

Im pretty sure its just a bug with the regen, its likely repeatedly applying itself every frame for a second or something.

This is hilarious, finally I found something more OP than Abigail & Wolfgang.

reminds me of the flower shroud that made Abigail take Wendy's damage but made Abigail heal from eating food and Visa versa

Honestly that was still such an interesting concept shame it got killed by the community all it really needed was rebalancing...

A bit dishonest to show this without showing the upgrades just to say WX-78 is overtuned instead of reporting the bug that's clearly happening when the Beanbooster Module decides to heal you back to full when it's clearly not supposed to be doing that.

You can literally see in the video that Bearger is in fact slowly killing you (with armor helping), until the bug happens and heals you to full.

Click the spoiler above and it shows the upgrades.

Also watch the full video, the armour breaks and he can still tank it

It says it might be a bug in the title.

I missed that, my bad. But I did guess that it was 3 Electric modules. It still feels dishonest because I don't think the video would exist if it were not for the Marble Armor, so it just raised the bar until WX could beat Bearger. After the armor broke, Bearger had no issue killing WX until the health bug happened (healing over 300, that's absolutely unintentional).

I had armor just so show how tanky you can possibly get. It broke pretty quickly though. 70% of the video was armorless which is ridiculous. Though I shouldve done it without it.

I was unsure if the regen health thing was a bug. It felt like one but at the same time the skill tree is brand new so I was uncertain.

The Beanbooster sucked and urgently needed a big buff. But this is obviously a game-breaking bug.

He should be able to become a decent regenerating or force-field-shielded character—though obviously not immortal like this.

WX is still one of the characters with the easiest healing in the game, right behind Wortox, being able to heal with gears (which become incredibly abundant as the game progresses) and with almost spoiled healing food. A regenerative build is kind of redundant, though—but to each their own.

I'd be fine with a bit more regen, but this is clearly not intended behavior. being an alpha circuit definitely helps, but halving the regen's cooldown or buffing the heal would be nice.

Don’t forget that “Gears” can now also be purchased from the Wandering Trader, & can now have increased luck of getting from random tumbleweeds. You no longer have to reset the ruins to obtain gears once the world supply runs dry.

i dont think gear supply has ever been an issue, especially after the clockwork update which essentially lets you turn 2 rocks into 2 gears (and potentially a purple gem) every full moon. they just dont have enough uses aside from specifically wx

It... did? Passive health regen is pretty useful. I suppose it could have used a buff, but idk. Seemed pretty good to me in the first place but I probably over value passive health regen since I tend to avoid relying on food for health as a player. (Wormwood habits die hard)

It just took too long to restore the amount of health you could get from turning that jelly into the more useful jellybeans, considering it took up half your circuit slots, and could only be removed so many times before breaking. You were sacrificing too much just to restore hp rather slowly, especially considering you didn't even have that much hp to restore without sacrificing further slots on hp ups, and at that point you're just running a moderately tanky character with not much else going on, which other characters could do better.

Alpha/Beta/Gamma system along with circuit skills seem to solve the issue, though. Now, beanbooster can be used alongside other useful circuits, skills that boost alpha circuits improve its efficiency, and it even gets the shield thingy.

Yeah it never needed a buff tbh.

The Alpha slot is a big enough buff. Though its cooler than just a health regen.

Last hotfix fixed this issue.
The beanbooster is amazing now (about 10hp every 30ish seconds or so) plus the shield when at full health. Having two beanboosters installed doubles the regeneration of life and the shield.
@Eveloa passive regenerating build is now entirely viable, without being broken in battles.

By the time we get to Warly's skill tree it's gonna be like "Eating a dish without penalties gives you 20x damage & movement speed for 10 minutes".

nah warly will get a perk called unending hunger, which allow you to gain infinite states by eating new food
