Though there is no sign of it on the PlayStation Store in my region yet, perhaps this announcement jumped the gun a little? I really hope we can port our worlds across. Also we mostly get patches/updates at Thursday soo lets see what tomorrow brings . Mike23Ua Posted October 23, 2025 Share Posted October 23, 2025 This is interesting.. it’s like a double edged sword though, the existence of a PS5 version means that Klei can do bigger and better things, but that also most likely means less updates for PS4 version. Or in terms anyone can understand: GTA V PS3, Ps4 & PS5 Edition. Each version got new content & improvements over previous versions. Even though I am an Xbox player: the existence of “Next Gen DST” is exciting… and fingers crossed that means they can do small details and improved graphics that were not possible on last Gen. Serch the Belongings by its name because it doesn't show on the top of the list when sorting by Date Released . The only downside to the PS5 version I see atm are no hard copies of Your world on USB . The only option is cloud now . I own a version from original PS4 release, and was playing it (have plat trophy even) but since then PSN closed their store in my region, any way for me to receive said skin if I can't add "free dlc" due to store rejecting me? Could you submit your PS4 save to me as well? I could try with that to see if it gives me another lead on the problem. You can DM me the file or a link to it somewhere. I'm also trying to find out what else @LordeMao might be doing as it seems he's saying his game is crashing even when he starts a new world. Then I decided to continue with my wife, but it crashed. I tried several times, but it crashed, maybe because of the old save. I tried creating a new map, and it worked, but only once. The next day, I played solo again, and later with my wife, but it still crashed. I reinstalled the game. So, I have a problem playing with two people on splitscreen—it crashes. I went back to the PS4 version, but I liked the new version, and I'm really looking forward to a fix.
