1 week of searching for a bucket and somehow not finding it

1 year of doing smth else

1 week of wandering in forest and finding bucket near tree

1 week of acknowledging its wagstaff bucket that wagstaff just left there and betrayed

1 week of catharsis

1 week of getting motivated

1 year of self improvement

1 decade of being successful man

1 year of inventing ways to mess with parallel world

1 year of messing around in that dimension

1 week of really messing around and finding out

This is how arg will end in 2039. Stay tuned!

And after all the actions, he remembers that he left the tools for extracting juice somewhere))

So assuming this takes place immediately after Winona's cinematic, isn't anyone gonna talk about Wagstaff being alive and happy in the real world right after the factory finished burning? After presumably being sucked into the portal?

That's true. It does confirm the theory that Wagstaff was never actually in the Constant at all (until recently that is)

Idk if it's relevant or not but if I click anywhere in the page it loads, but if I click in the Wagstaff singing notes it's the only place it doesn't load, also I can't shake the feeling the sap dropping is somehow tied to the water dropping from the pipes. Just a feeling tho.

Legitimately. Just hate getting hyped up just to find out I need to wait more. I knownits called expectamus which means to await, but this is overkill

lets see how long we need to wait this time for the sap to collect

I really hope it's not gonna be another full week. Maybe they want to plan for the ARG to conclude when an update goes live or something, but I'd rather them add the waiting to the back half of the ARG. Give us some actual content to make theories with while we wait instead of just 2 weeks of watching nothing happen as the start.

Honestly I'm not sure what's more amusing, the fact that Wagstaff was still in real world after the whole "being sucked into the portal" thing or how cheerful he sounds despite the fact his whole factory went out in flames less than a day ago.

Why would you assume this is the present?

IIRC, factory fire happened right after WX entered the constant. He's probably happy to be rid of WX.

It's not a given that this comic shows the events after Wagstaff's capture by the Celestial Scion.

The fire started when Winona tried to save a colleague, but Charlie sucked her in instead. Incidentally, this comic is dedicated to that colleague during the daytime

This is the fire that was shown in Winona's cinematic during which Wagstaff presumably gets sucked into the portal while she tries to save him. So for him to be alive well and happy hours later just outside of his factory's remains after losing both his factory and his workers seems to be funny to me.

this is boring, and not very interesting, i come back a week later when the solution of this nonsense is finished

Yeah Idk what Klei is thinking.. Waiting in order to be able to wait more is not what I'd call interesting.

To say that the person Winona tried to save from being sucked into the portal was actually WX is an interesting theory I haven't thought about. Besides the whole yellow glove thing, it would clean up some inconsistencies

You beat me to it.

So whatever happened to that co-worker? I bet it was Wanda. She is a tinkerer who surely has the smarts for Wagstaff's employment.

Judging by the gloves, Wagstaff's are white, while Winona's unknown colleague's are yellow. Moreover, Wagstaff was only in the constant state through the projection of the portal that Wilson built.

Theory time: Wagstaff burned his factory himself for a yet unknown reason and Willow is just a red herring.

I agree with this theory.

WX's empathy module had some interesting things in its cogs that resembled clock-hands.

Not to mention the fact that Wagstaff was trying to bring nightmare fuel into the real world to sell as a weapon material, and Wanda's time pieces use those too.
