Judging from the recipe, it seems like the game's trying to tell you that moon rocks = dreadstone. That's kinda ridiculous if you ask me. (Okay I forgot you can craft an armor set out of dreadstone, so that might be why they're rarer. I don't think everything has, or needs to have an opposite alignment equivalent, if I had to pick something, probably Moonglass or the sort?
