Abigail’s haunt should have a higher rate of success.

It’s not fun to just wait around and spam the haunt command to FINALLY transform something. 
it also has no cost, so we will transform it eventually, the only cost being our irl sanity when spamming the command fruitlessly.

it will be balanced when the rate of transformation is higher, because it will be the same as now. The same cost, but less annoying

I mean, it’s still annoying if you haunt something 5 times and nothing happens. It’s not a matter of cost, just annoyance. Time isn’t even a cost in this case, since it’s a moment.

That's the point. Haunt outcome is even called in the code "RARE_HAUNT_OUTCOME" or something from what I remember.

The time cost is part of the cost. There are many useful haunt effects.

This was requested during the beta as well, specially after they removed the cooldown skipping mods (the cooldown was tied to clicking the wheel icon, not actually doing the action, so if you had a mod to automate the inputs, you had no cooldowns).

Would love if we could get independent cooldowns implemented for each ability.
