I found 5 Beehives on one small island and also what seems to be the longest bridge ever.It took maybe 3/16 -4/16 of the day to cross or at least get to the intersection where it branches off.

A lot of bee hives in the same place is not so uncommon. Happen from time to time. I find that there are usually at leas three bee hives close to each other.

And you can get really long bridges if you are unlucky with the randomization of the map. Myself, I prefer when all the islands overlap a bit, and no bridges exist

Yep there is usually one island that has a bunch of beehives, it's one of my favorites.

it might be something that I simply never noticed before... but my rock plains are all covered with stone circles with one rock in the middle, and 6-10 other rocks in a perfect circle around it. While I see that all over the place now, it never came to my attention before the new update. Might aswell that I was just oblivious to it before though...

What often happens- you will find that each island has a certain... quirk.

one might be all swamp

One might be rocky with your tall birds

One might have all your bees on it

Another will have the hidden land of the pig king on it

Another beefalo

And don't forget about the wacky island that seems to have a little bit of everything in it, the one with the inner lakes. That's my favorite, you never know what you'll find.
