Why is Wrathful Rabbit King not a boss/miniboss?

A short post to ask your opinion, because in my opinion he has everything to consider him at least a boss similar to the spider queen. 
1.Unique loot
2. An unusual way of summoning 
3. Bossfight along with his henchmen

If    is there, i wonder why    is not there, as rock lobster literally better than treeguard.
What is a boss?

Unique loots :  (No other mobs/boss in the game drop this.)
An unusual way of summoning: (no other units in the game spawn from this.)
Bossfight without his henchmen

He is very small to be a giant or mini giant

I think it's because his body size is too small to give people a "intimidating" feeling. If he had the size of lordfruitfly, becoming a boss would be enough.

The category is "Giants" not "Boss" so that's why it isn't in that list.

I’m kinda impressed this one isn’t registered as even a miniboss. This thing presents a difficult challenge for  most players, on top of it’s possessed form already being considered a “main” boss.

Edit: This also doesn't change the fact that it isn't a Giant, and therefore is not within the "Giant" category. If there was a Butterfly Queen (about the size of the Lunar Moth Statue) then that would likely be categorized as a Giant and placed within that scrapbook tab.

I believe (not sure though since I can't read minds) that the person was trying to make a funny post with oversized butterflies, just for fun.

It's simply Klei being Klei, nothing out of the ordinary. If we keep telling them, maybe in 8 months, maybe 1 year, maybe 2 years they will change it.

I suspect a lot of people don't encounter the Wrathful Rabbit King which might be why there is not more chatter about it. I couldn't even figure out how to summon the Benevolent Rabbit King without looking it up.

dont people complain that treeguards and spider queen shouldn't be a boss? why count them now when people want to demote them any other time they come up? i feel if rabbit king was granted "mini-boss" status people would be just as upset

Well if treeguard is a boss, then rabbit king absolutely qualifies. He's stronger, faster, and you don't get a bunch of him running around.

Varg might also qualify because of spider queen reasons. (Endless minion summoning, plus he's also a deliberate encounter rather than roaming. Edit: Also lunar version is already considered a boss.)

2013/14 coding issues that really should have been fixed, but haven't. "Exception, not the rule"

If loot is the reason why something should be "giant" then Treeguard should be excluded since Living Logs come from Mushgnomes, and Koaelephants have unique drops, same with Beefalo, Butterflies, MacTusk, Moose/Goose, Eweacus, Volt Goat, you get the idea.
