My count is way off. I was counting the mods, some of the inventory items, and using the garland. I didn't even see the mouse over.

The shovel is at 100% while there is a grass tuft and a gnome in the inventory (assuming you didnt make a new one).

Not necessarily wrong, but the pickaxe is at 82%, so unless he got it from a setpiece, you can't achieve it.
