I'm a good Ole forge liver so I'm wondering how many people have played it.

Talking about the mod that adds it back (not the original event)

It was because of the mod that I /SAW/ in the workshop and liked the screenshot that I had read the forge wiki page. But since when I saw it I still considered multiplayer no option for me AND despised combat (which I still do) I have decided against the mod, although I loved the concept of a lava arena.

(if there was a mod that would instead create a sort of "biome" like copy of the lava arena with OPTIONAL forge-combat stuff and the mobs then I probably would have got a mod that only used the AESTHETICS of it, but imported it into the regular gameplay. But I didn't specifically look if there was a mod that would do THAT because I thought it was probably impossible and therefore not having thought of by someone.)

So no, I didn't play the mod, but it was one of the first DST mods I have seen on the workshop and one of the first reasons to actually read about some stuff I have missed in DST during my absence from the game.

Played during both forge eras and a lot of reforged but it went downhill when wanda got added imo too many new powers and too many new weird game modes etc. Its barely recognizable now.

oh i know about the mod, in the first couple months of having dst i was asked to play but at that time my big-brain mega strat was to run directly into a tallbird and then roll that die on not dying before it refocused on other mobs that could attack it...i... i was not prepared for forge then, by the time i could have reasonably played(the beginning of this year) i didn't have enough friends who could actually play it AND be on at the same time to make it fun

i mean, i guess....i cant realy remember much, either you die early by enemy spam or you just win because someone dit not attack the sleeping enemy for once

I’ve never played the mod or the limited time event, Xbox version of DST has never had the servers to play them. Lol…

But whatever it’s fine, if Klei ever brings the mode back it needs to be a mode we the player can optionally host ourselves from the main menu.

I don’t care if it ends up free or paid DLC content.

Anyone here know about hollowed forge? I think reforged is an amazing mod. It took what forge had and expanded on it and allows you to customize it aswell.

I know about the hollowed forge but rarely anyone plays it, which is sad because its a pretty cool mode.

heh, I loved being Woodie during first 2 forges(also Wilson/healer).

I have played reforged a few times, really enjoyed it. However, I mainly play on console so I don't get a chance to play it that often.
