JoeW Posted August 1, 2024 Share Posted August 1, 2024 Hey there, Just an update. It shouldn't be much longer. Oxygen Not Included was one of the very first games on Epic. They made some changes on their end a little while back that we were unaware of since we hadn't released anything new there in a while. Long story short, those changes required a bit of work for us to get everything lined back up correctly. Everything is good to go right now and we're just waiting on the approval process and we'll have it out asap. Because we are unfamiliar with the new systems involved, I don't have an ETA at this time, but we're working on it and will have it as soon as we can. Developer nome Posted August 6, 2024 Developer Share Posted August 6, 2024 It is being worked on, I was talking to one of the developers working on it on Friday, but Monday was a holiday here in Canada so work will just be resuming now (it's 09:30 here). As Joe said we came to the epic store before they had automatic tooling for adding products and the manual addition of our stuff was done in a "unique" way according to one of the epic devs who was trying to help me figure out why our products weren't working with one of their APIs. Then later on epic automatically converted all us legacy products in an effort to clean up some of the mess, but that seems to have left us in a broken state which the Oxygen not Included team is just working on repairing now. Can't really offer any meaningful predictions in a situation like that and sometimes we hit a dead end and need to talk to epic and wait for a reply but it is being worked on. I´ve waited to watch the videos people posted, since i want to expierience all first hand. So its been a month, since i have watched any Oni Content, or even played the Game, since the DLC could drop any day, and who wants to start a fresh Colony, when the DLC is waiting. Anyway, its been almost a month, still no Frosty Planet on Epic and i check every day. gabberworld Posted August 23, 2024 Share Posted August 23, 2024 i not spoiled myself with this release at all (no video steamer viewers and so on ). i still try figure out how is best way survive at that frost planet its like im self totally frozen one i not get tho, dupes can die to the hunger but not for the cold ?
