On only a slightly related note it's so damn ugly can Klei please give it a skin already! I hate having all my heads covered in this massive fleshy abomination.

I dont agree on it being ugly, yet i completely agree with getting a skin for it!

The only immersion breaking thing about the eye mask is that it doesn't give a sanity reduction

It is monstrous

especially when you consider where it is dropping from.

Anyway every time someone points out a pun in this game, I believe Wilson is actually a living masquot ["creepy"] and having direct influences on the dev, at least when it comes to those item names and even on other character's quotes. It's not Maxwell gaming it's WILSON gaming, Wilson the pun master!!! [sorry I can't get this thought out of my head now. That's some true villainous activity here. Triumphant Wilson is real.]

English is my first and only language. I didn't catch this.

I also didn't realize Marotter was "Marauder" till I said it out loud. The echo of my facepalm could be heard miles away.

It's also Mar (iirc sea in Spanish) + otter.

Or sea otter.

hear me out

when you feed the eye mask on the ground it chews

shouldn't you instantly die when you feed the eye mask while wearing it?

Only recently I found out that Deadly Brightshades are based off of Deadly Nightshades, the plants with black berries that are very toxic, that in my lenguage are called something like a wolfberry. Half a year ago I found out that nightshades is a group of plants(like tomatoes and peppers) and thought that was where the name comes and wasn't that specific.
