I dont have much questions at all since everything has been answered, but i have been really curious about the Wurt affinities seemingly having inspiration from my Wurt affinities in my tree in terms of the merms.

 

Edit: I realised i cant ask it because the stream is at 11:30pm Uk time.:-(

Taking advantage of the fact that there will be a dev play today, I want to send a question here:
Why do we have two types of fishing rods instead of one that works on both lakes and the ocean?

I think they know the difference between the two, the question is why there has to be two.

I don't mind having two, but I don't think it makes much sense either.

pond fishing's much easier and faster in comparison to sea fishing, so you'd usually spend more time on getting resources for multiple pond fishing rods in comparison to 1 sea fishing rod that you could get even more fishes out of through spending more time and doing harder stuff

This makes sense. When you are pond fishing you play a small minigame and avoid things like frogs. You are guaranteed one fish in a few seconds as long as you have enough ponds to cycle through. So a straightforward trade of silk for fish makes sense.

Sea fishing is much more complicated but you can also fish without the bait types and whatnot. You also have to go more out of your way I guess.
