ADM
I hope more Weapon Skills are added by release, the general ones are fine, but I kinda want a little more variety especially for certain weapon types like Hammer.

True. I want something that blends into his combos more easily. I also like the idea that we already have what is essentially a barehanded fighting style in the form of the Striker after he has thrown his balls. So a weapon throw skill could be interesting where you switch to barehanded until you pick up your weapon. This reminds me of old school Beat-em-up games where you can pick up objects in the area and use them as weapons for new combos and bigger damage.
Alfons100
More powers to boost hit and run playstyles would be nice (Like Lil Schemer and Strong Start) so we're not just reliant on Hitstreak builds

Not exactly this, but there is evidence of three more weapon types being worked on in the playtest/demo game files. One of which is a throwable weapon/kunai with an attached rope/chain (possible Mortal Kombat Scorpion reference?). So, it's somewhat similar. And if you're wondering, the other two unfinished weapon types are greatsword and bow/arrow. Of course, there's no guarantee that all 3 of these weapon types will end up in the final version of the game. EDIT: Here are two spoiler gifs, but note that these weapon animations from the 4 playtests/demo weren't fully finished, so some parts of the first gif is stationary. Whoa, I only knew about the cleavers/greatswords. That's pretty cool.
