Popian Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 It depends on the weapon and how you're going to play and what powers you want to gamble for. Multistrike leaves a bit too much to chance to be worth it, but it can proc on itself and even critical on critical damage. Defensive Roots are good for hits dealt, damage, stun, and knockback (especially good for spear to get the right distance for Focus Hits) only downside being that you have to get hit to get the benefit. Maxed out Treek hat might be good for spear as it does not get as much out of Yammo hat as others. I would say Yammo hat and Treek armour would be best. Just investing in critical damage for the very high chance of double damage seems to be incredibly strong. With this setup, you can practically damage burst the Bandikoot clone with ease like this: Spoiler 2023-06-22 08-23-41.mp4 Even without the skill spam, I find that the 16% focus damage boost with the ocular hammer makes it better than it's Bandikoot version damage wise, even with 3 gems. II agree, as different weapons require items, gears, gems, etc. While using the cannon, I would go with power-ups that contain critical/speed boost/damage boost. As for electric/shield, I would choose static shock or heavy infantry/resolute as they go very well with your heavy attack (shotgun blast). For the armor, I would go with Yamm Helm/Treek Helm with Floracrane Coat. You can also check here for more information, as I made a beginner guide to the cannon weapon for anyone to see. It talks about how I use it, its different abilities, how it works, and many other things. Just scroll down a bit, and you'll see the post I'm talking about. Hope this helps! Also I might do a guide in the near future on the striker weapon as I'm having a lot of fun experimenting and knowing how the mechanics work. My heavy attack crit does 1100 damage, and if I get some good powers it can get pretty awesome.
