It's called other people, they use up all the resources you grind, eat the entire icebox, sit in base all day asking for more stuff and log off with precious items like star caller staves or thulecite crowns. This is certainly the most powerful boss in the game. Shame that the devs have never thought of nerfing it. The Lost Fragment is a mod written by Mr.Skitts(definitely not Klei devs) and you fight some shadow minions of Maxwell to solve a puzzle.
