natelolzzz
New from Natelolzzz Labs! The All In One Oxygen Not Included Life Support System (or TAIOONILS to its friends) is a complete system for keeping your dupes breathing fine! This all in one life support system is capable of turning a small amount of water, sand and all your Co2 into pure, breathable oxygen! It can also take polluted water and polluted dirt if you have those and need to remove them! it is also semi self powering, by using the clay from the deodorizers and turning it into coal, which it then burns, allowing it to semi self sustain. Diagrams are down below. Gas overlay: Liquid overlay: Power overlay: Modded breathability overlay (basically shows you what gases are where): The full picture:
Prince Mandor
By separating deodorizers from polluted oxygen by drop of some liquid you can save on gas filter. (Deodorizers take PO2 from two tiles away, if not separated by solid tiles) BTW, do anybody knows, is bug with small amount of polluted water over full tile offgasing as full tile, but consuming only this small amount, still in game? Varrgas
Interesting setup, I really like the idea, specially with a swamp starting biome But I suppose that the Hatch is keeped Wild, and it can happen that it will not lay an egg sometime, anyone can confirme this possibility ? I'm not sure about this, I remember reading something about wild critters and eggs and its math, who conclued that the real % chance of auto renewability for wild critters wasn't really a safe 100% but something like 97% or so, I don't remember well. Hatches always send a replacement (and repay their grudges?) egg when it's due time. So no need to worry about that unless they're cramped i.i.r.c... melquiades
At what rate does polluted water off gasses in a tile? I have been avoiding doing that cause i thought it was too slow, i have been using the polluted water bottles trick instead, but i would rather have an automated, or unattended setup.
