Oil reservoirs unlike other geysers has been made from sedimentary rock and can be melt quite easily. Some liquid magma could do the trick. All you need to ensure that another one will stay on place, so full vacuum needed Another option to make a floor is some falling sand. Just let it fall and burry lower one.
