Telelocator staves/focus buff

Give them similar treatment like it got done with Wortox. Instead of being the closest to one you could select one on the map if you've seen and activated one. A perfect use for purple gems and perfect use for characters with lesser powers as new means of transportation. Will create great for us solo DST players and generally a great change to overall item making it prolly best travel tool if you're not Wanda or Wortox.

telelocator staves should have 10 uses and drain less sanity

telelocator focus should only consume 1 purple gem

and i like the idea of choosing one of the focus on the map, very creative
