How about...

Recommended Posts

... To add sort of skins of turfs? I would love to see more variations of carpet (Charlie-style maybe?), marble (is my favourite, so why not  m o r e  of favourite?) and... well. Cobblestone road is always everywhere. I cannot complain about ugly, just since its only really useful road, is sort of overused and makes some areas look bland. Amd how about some crazy-looking scale turf variation? Like hot magma! (Hot magma preventing from fires, lol.) Or maybe some turfs giving more of old theatre ds vibes? Ideas can be endless. ♡

Yep, would look forward this. Since we don't have many decorative hand-made turfs, but most of them are made from the general kind of building materials, they could serve any alternative design of wooden / carpet / solid n pretty/ solid n speed-y turfs and so on. Except for anything that would require obviously different crafting material then sure let's have something new entirely. There's so many turf design I'd look forward to made out of wood and better cobble styles to match other themes...

Also there is something interesting to note, there might be a new feature for soon or ever since the beta which seems to be skin support for offline worlds, I assume that would be especially useful to finally be able to join a world created online while being offline / reverse them to online too ?
So some things seems to evolve for skins, hopefully they'll look onto it to add more type of skins, such as turfs, who knows.

Turf skins would be awesome. But the reality isnt so shiny. Klei has said that they would have to remake the entire turf system to make turf skins possible.

We shall hope for the best, but it doesnt feel like its on the top of their list. But who knows.

they already did something about that
