Do you think that when klei finishes all of the reworks, that they should do one final rework update where they touch up some of the problems the characters still have after their respective reworks, to help polish all of the characters one last time, before they go into the next story arc. Similar to how they get Wurt and Wormwood a few touch ups in the WX-78 rework

Character polishing and refreshes will never be over as long as the game gets updated, the updates will make some characters stronger and others weaker.

That said, i would rather see some small polishing with other updates like how with WX-78 rework we got Wurt and Wormwood changes. Klei needs to focus on game updates as most players just pick one character and don't want to see so much focus on characters.

Klei is a smaller studio, if they don't do some character QOL/buffs like it happened to Wurt and Wormwood on the side of another big patch, it probably wouldn't have happened for a year at least.

It is understandable that they can't do a full refresh while focusing on something else but i don't think that it is impossible for them to add or rework one character ability once every couple of months, so that they don't need to leave characters in the dust and do a big full refresh in the future, this should be beneficial to keep the characters up to date.

Is Klei still a small studio though? the developers of State of Decay was a small studio too, but now SoD is owned & licensed by Microsoft Studios so their small Studio is no longer so small.

Am I incorrect in thinking that Tencent owning majority shares into Klei Entertainment is the same way & allows Klei’s small studio to no longer be so small?

As far as character tweaks go: As long as new content is added to the game they will need to be looked at: some characters could be over/under performing.

For example: the Water Logged update gave Webber some nifty Water Spiders to use.. and any additional future spider types will continue to branch out Webbers character.

As far as I can tell it's still a relatively small studio, but that's all relative. They're probably dispersed working on multiple projects like Oxygen Not Included or Griftlands and even then I'm sure they're a lot smaller than AAA studios. However, much larger than some juryrigged indie games that consist of like 5-10 people. However, I think throwing more workers at a project doesn't really help. Too many cooks is just gonna end up muddling things. I'm sure Klei has room to expand and has been expanding, but I doubt it's a very fast and dramatic process.

I haven't voted mainly cos I don't see a point of a final polish update when they are updating characters while doing main updates at the same time.

Like 00petar00 said, they updated Wormwood and Wurt while reworking WX, and during the QoL updates, they polished Wolfgang a bit too.

So, yes I'd like other characters to get polished up, and no, it doesn't deserve an update by itself.
