If Wilson was taken before Walter wouldn't Walter know about what a hairdryer is? Do you have any evidence that Walter came after Wilson? Because Walter was looking for Woodie. Wilson became Wilson after he went through the portal. Than he became Wilba than Woodie again. I don't understand any of that, but Walter can still be taken before Wilson but after Winona, since we don't see him in the pinboard and Walter was looking werebrever not Woodie and the hut look like it has been abandoned for just a few months. The moon in Walter's short is cracked. So unless Walter was unconscious for a couple years, he 100% came post-Wilson, & post-Charlie. Winona gets trapped in 1919 and Wilson gets trapped in 1921 but Winona gets transported into DST not DS so when you enter the constant doesn't matter when in the constant time you get transported to.
