Call me crazy but I sure there are plenty of players who will use the thermal and fridge circuits. Also while they'll definitively be used less by more experienced players I've seen others using the stat boosting ones.

Unpopular opinion: but I don’t think Reworked WX78 should EVER be as powerful as Non-Reworked WX78.. I kinda felt the whole point of reworks (especially in Wolfgang’s case..) was to “Tone them Down” or if under performing “bring them up to par”

WX78 isn’t the only character to get hit with balance nerfs, Wes got reduced stats, Wolfgang got reduced maximum health And complete removal of speed perk, Hell even Wickerbottom was Nerfed by separating her one book into two books and limiting the amount of on screen items they effect.

Wicker can sadly say she’s the only character who’s been Nerfed.. and she ain’t even been reworked yet.

So excuse me if I don’t agree that WX78 should retain all the stats and perks it had prior to rework- It justifiably needed a nerf.

And “Adding more slots” will eventually make having slots at all irrelevant- because you’ll just plug everything back into your 12 slots and get back the old WX78 which needed to be Nerfed.

Having 6 slots actually encourages creativity, because with 6 slots you have to make the most out of them.

If you want to not be constrained, just install the inevitable mod that gives you 10 slots, or just enable cheats.

 

The fun of the game lies in its constraints.

I agree with you. I would like the game to become more difficult, since it's a survival game. There are lots of mods that makes the game easier, but very few that makes it harder.
