But it most likely grow on it own.

You could say that about most Maxwell things. Is he lasy because we don't have a proof that he made bunnymen, different kinds of flowers, berry bushes and pines, pig guards, turfs, tumbleweeds, ash, coal, killer bees, you could say that all the magic things were made by shadows, etc.

Some things that likely weren't made by him: Slurtles, merms, crows, snow birbs, moose/goose, depth worms

We know who make the Waterlogged Klei does not credited Charlie or Alter so who know, that from Warly, it possible that klep are Maxwell's creation the tide are just too low for us to see, only two of these are Charlie's creation, Crow people might have breed diffent kind of trees to be like this, trees don't have skin, Abigail flower are from the real world.

Fence skins, wall skins, merm hut skins (these are fingi, not plants, but anyway), some winter skins, weeds, roses, different kind of cacti (the oasis one), succulents.

Maxwell made most of the constant world, we know because of all his quotes.

all of the skin is most likely grow by nature not everything is from God or eldritch monster and if they are made by Charlie they are not interactable plants, weeds are most likely from nature, succulents and cacti are from nature but rose I can agree with.

Most of his quotes don't state that he made the thing he's inspecting. Some say that they weren't made by him, like slurtles, merms, crows, snow birbs, moose/goose, depth worms.

In adventure he says that he made the world, we can assume that means most of the overworld since he never mention the cave.

Ohhh, so in single player nothing can grow on it's own? Sure, sure. Just keep in mind Maxwell's quote about the dangling depth dwellers, dummy.

Also, the roseate collection says nothing to you? What about the gift animations?

Even then, saying that waterlogged grew on it's own is a maaaaaaaaaaaaassive stretch.

While Maxwell made the upper world and a lot of it's things, he left it with flaws and more of a stage to mess around with while he kept the underground shut, seemingly even from himself till Survivors in DST or singleplayer decide to start uncovering it's layers.

While caves are mostly untouched besides either by Charlie's influence to uncover the Atrium and create Toadstool for new challenges for survivors to face, the moon on it's own either by accident or intentionally created both lunar archipelago and lunar grotto. There's likely a lot of unknown rooms and lands to explore in the fog of war we call "void" in caves to find things there.

Charlie's influence were the new bosses, new portal and overall changes to nature to act like it were to be more alive than it were before, as in more renewability and growth, maybe increase in intelligence of certain inhabitants like pigs and merms (hence Wurt existing at all in the Constant mayhaps), created outfits to dress in and look nice while dying while you look dashing or kill epic monsters while you die while looking dashing. The Constant gotten special event creatures and items cause of her tampering with the fragments of different universes, perhaps creating rifts for other creatures to come to Constant when the times come or whenever she wants it to happen.........

--Anyway, any new things that appear in the Constant are either are caused by her hand or someone else's, hence Wortox bringing in Terraria in. If the Gateway arc is still canon then we know that she can do whatever she wants or when time is right. Any limitations on how far she brought anything in is the limitation of Game Development and Klei They are the ones that gotta develop the world story and what the queen wants to be tossed in. Even queens of darkness have their limits.

For starters, Charlie's responsable for just about everything added in A New Reign. Rather self-explanatory really.

And as for Return of them/Waterlogged, I don't think Charlie created that stuff, but from what we've seen, I'm willing to bet that she's responsible for it. Charlie clearly has some plans involving the moon, so it's entirely possible that she's the one who woke up Alter and caused the lunar island to fall.

From cinematics and all it seems that she did not? At least no implications that she did. But we can safely assume that the "moon" gotten waay too close to the Constant that gravity started launching chunks of the moon into it and or even redirecting some asteroids.

Then again, it could be that the "moon" was getting ever so closer to the mainland that it's own rocks started falling down and everything past it like Meteors don't actually exist in the Constant. It would make more sense if the world has nothing beyond but just void or uncovered creature beyond out imaginations. Which means Alter is part of them and Constant is just flat-earther's dream.

Fair enough. I do think it's a safe assumption, given that Charlie is more than eager to scoop up any source of power she can find. And Alter's been sitting there for quite a while. But as it stands, she could just be an oppertunist.
