Hey Klei devs your killing it this Halloween!

all the new skins the twitch drops and the heirloom skins drops this Halloween are great this year its just great guys and gals but what made me want to jump out of my seat in excitement was the return of old skins to the rewards page the ooze science machine and the tooth cold fire pit becoming available again this year (the cold firepit in particular really made me happy ) only thing that is not there that i can think of that would have made it a perfect Halloween would have been the scythe pickaxe skin making a comeback but im not complaining by any means and i have no idea what you guys have in store for the art contest but if it involves the scythe pickaxe then you guys would have made my halloween in the constant a perfect one this year  but who knows maybe you guys gave me a inch and im trying to take a mile but either way over all my general message here is great job on halloween this year devs you guys are killing it thanks for doing what you guys do ! (but if the scythe becomes a participation reward for the art contest im sure noone will object lol) HAPPY HALLOWED NIGHTS TO ALL

I’m actually disappointed with Hallowed Nights, I was looking forward to something new and exciting, and.. to be fair- Klei had plans for New and Exciting they wanted out in October but it had to be delayed..

So I can forgive them, I just hope whatever’s coming next month makes up for it being largely the same.

I want an updated Hallowed Nights, look at Wintersfeast and how it was given additional content in the form of Ginger Pigs, Ginger Vargs, Gingerpig Houses, Holiday Cheer, on top of what was already there, most bosses have a unique WF skin, but Hallowed Nights has remained largely the same for 2 years now..

I was also incredibly disappointed when the only belongings we got this year was for Walters Pinetree Pioneer hat.

Now- Again to be Fair: Klei had plans for something ELSE exclusively just for October (and the leaked skin for that something else would’ve given me a Witches Broom skin for the Clean Sweeper) So I’ll let you guys know after the Delayed November thing if I’m still disappointed in lack of new stuff for Hallowed Nights.

Fingers crossed that the Spooky Season belongings I wanted will come Next Month because of the Delayed thing.

And- “Technically” Hallowed Nights does not officially end until Klei turns it off and then starts WintersFeast immediately right afterwards.

So the TL:DR- you can look forward to the new upcoming November update thing as sort of being a Hallowed Nights Part 2.

i mean they added 14 new skins and brought back 2 unobtainable skins also they made it so you can unravel the heirloom skins which give 1350 spools so you can unlock any skin and there like under 50 cents a pop in the steam market (cheaper to buy to sell then to roll with rng in the trade in with spiffy )

We very specifically mean belongings, like a new Sisturn skin, or a new skin for Bernie, The character costumes are cool and all but I was hopeful for something like: Well like that leaked Spectral Brush skin, closest thing we got to that was the Monstrous Shadow Manipulator skin which is cool I guess but it’s the only thing we got to further customize the way our worlds look for this years hallowed nights & that just makes me really sad.

Its cool that people who missed last years skins have a chance to get them now, but I was hoping for some brand new appropriately spooky ones and was absolutely shocked when we didn’t get any, Guess there’s always next year though

i mean im just happy at the opportunity to obtain unobtainable skins again the glass is half full my friend and like you said Halloween isent over just yet so you never know

They also very specifically stated they wanted this update out for October, but it had to be pushed back (who knows maybe they came up with last minute ideas that they want to add for the collaboration thing) We will find out more in less then 30 days.

Tbh, I was really hoping for Klei to add something new, slightly creepy for Hallowed Nights without telling anyone. My favourite idea (though more than just slightly creepy) would be to give the stagehand a new interaction. Like, make it behave like normal, except when it reaches a survivor in the dark, a shadowy figure suddenly creeps out and grabs the character, doing slight damage. Nothing that would change gameplay to much except it being super creepy.

thank god that they stop adding those ingame minigame like yotc,mid summer,.. to the event, the potion lab, free pumpkin and Jack-o-lantern is good enough 

but I kinda disappoint about the lack of belonging skin
