House mobs should Despawn when unloaded.

Talking about Bunnymen, Pigs, Merms.

I already posted a bug report few weeks ago, but it think it wasn't a bug, but just an annoying feature.

In short: If you take one of those three somewhere where he can be unloaded, he will never come back to his house and this house will never spawn a new one until his current owner dies. No matter how far away or how long, he will never despawn. It can be mega annoying in long runs as Wurt or any other character that hired some pigs and lost those somewhere due to them losing **** in darkness or expiring food contract. You will have to rebuild their houses if you want new habitats to spawn.

My solution: If current house habitat was unloaded for like a half day, it will despawn and be considered dead, so his house can spawn a new one after cooldown.
