SinancoTheBest Posted June 23, 2021 Share Posted June 23, 2021 The main problem is that moonstorms muffle all musics. When Wagstaff happens to start building the static at the edge of the moonstorm and you step out of the storm, you can hear the music just fine at a good volume. But naturally that's not the case most of the time. So I'd suggest making all music play at a regular volume inside moonstorms or making an exception to Wagstaff Quest song since it's meant to play inside a moonstorm but it cannot be heard inside a moonstorm.
