Wes was a soldier that fight against of MLPA. His troop won the war and he leave west Africa as a veteran. His war traumas caused hard times then he tried to suicide attempt by the high amount of helium gas but failed. Now his helium filled lungs presenting him from speaking and causes all ballons inflated by him flying. His low health stat show how he damaged his respiration system and white skins shows the low hemoglobin levels. Low hemoglobin levels causes low metabolism that make him really slow at working and because of insufficient energy combination with anemia, he started to lost his neural capacity. He is not able to think now, but he still remember last thing he tried to do. Killing himself immediately. And will do...

Also his survivor skin is a reference to his soldier identity.
