Deconstruction Staff added utility/ Moon pedestal to make a construction Staff

Allow the deconstruction staff to rewind destroyed natural structures. Catcoon stumps, tall bird nests, hound mounds, etc, should all have a way of being brought back especially if a world is thousands of days old. It can cost the whole staff if it needs to, but they shouldn't be gone forever. 

I understand people want consequences for reckless behaviour but that doesn't necessarily mean consequences cant be paid for. It can be as expensive as you need to be Klei.

Edit: Place the construction staff on the moon pedestal to make a construction staff. 5 uses.

You could make it like a ritual. In the case of Hound Mounds, if x amount of bones and y amount of Monster Meat are within z distance of each other on the floor, you can use the staff and it gets constructed in a random location within those bounds. Or make it require a Telelocator-Focus-type structure, which gets destroyed upon use.

When you have it equipped it shows a transparent structure on the screen (like when you have something prototyped before placing it, the preview). Using the staff on said structure will create the structure and destroy anything in its way.
