Ugly Crying should make Salt Water

I was just playing and saw this dupe sitting knee-deep in his own foodpoisoned Polluted Water crying his eyes out and thought: why does this not spawn Salted Water to add to the mess? It would be beautiful.

What amounts of water do cries provide? is the reaction reliable enough to use it as a infinite water source? So could one try to build a torture chamber for criers as a water farm?

What about saltwater if depressed and polluted water if not showered in the last 4 cycles
