MostMerryTomcat Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 In current iteration of pests pets: 1) for utility - Mothling (provides light; also gives incentive to feed it/not let it starve); 2) for aesthetics - Broodling (likewise has muffled sounds when starving, a plus in my book of least annoying critter). No other pet can let you be lazy with light and save you from your own dumb mistake. Mothling even helped me fight depth worms without a miner hat! Also: A spider and an insect. What a pair! BUT. You forgot Woby. Woby is technically a pet, as Walter cannot adopt from the critter den because of Woby. So there are two pets that have perks.
