minespatch
There seems to be a evolution judging by this sheet alone. Or maybe my apophenia is looking in a wrong location and this is like how Beefalo assets are in Varg assets.
Guest
Nah, this is just another case of Klei reusing animation builds for new monsters like they usually do, except this time they forgot to remove the remnants of the base they used.

Would be cool if there was a evolution system where Beefalo turn into Vargs and Bunnymen turn into Elder Mandrakes and the elder mandrakes give birth to baby mandrakes. Cycle of evolution? Cycle of evolution? If Elder Mandrakes give birth to baby mandrakes, and Bunnymen evolve into Elder Mandrakes, where do Bunnymen come from? Would mean they start as Mandrake, evolve to Bunnyman, and then evolve back to Mandrake.

Machine Reaper
Bunnymen come from giant carrots that grow underground, they are nocturnal as well Mandrakes grow in the ground and get big enough until they become into elder mandrakes and make their own homes like huts. (They are also nocturnal) above ground Regular Rabbits are different as they seem to have horns and multi coloured fur (belly is light coloured then rest of body) BUT here is the important part, Mandrakes and Vegetables...in other words plant matter while Bunnymen/Rabbits have flesh and are meat matter.
